Certified customer service/technical support agents provide virtual services via interactive support channels and work remotely from home. Agents must have up-to-date home PC’s that meet technical requirements to qualify for programs with our internal assessments and pass a background check.

The Catch

Upon successful completion of the intake assessments, agents must pass an unpaid, 2-3 week training class. However, this is to be eligible for contracts with top business clients that have specific support expectations.
